1 lb. 90% lean ground beef, or ground bison
Generous 1/3 cup Red Lion Spicy Foods 20 Pepper Mild Salsa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Shape the meat into 3 patties, 1" inch thick.
Grill or broil 4" from heat, turning once.
Serve on a Kaiser roll, topped with your favorite cheese, bacon, leaf lettuce, and Red Lion Spicy Foods 20 Pepper Hot Sauce.
