| Bring to a boil and cook
for 1 hour, covered, until the meat is tender. Remove the chiles and add: |

| Adjust liquid by adding
additional chicken broth, if necessary. The consistency should be
moderately thick, like gravy. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 30
minutes. Then add: |
