1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, diced
4 TBS. yellow mustard
3 TSP.sugar
2 TSP. apple cider vinegar
4 TSP. Red Lion Spicy Foods Chili Powder, Zesty, Zippy or Zany
1 cup catsup

Lightly brown ground beef and pour off fat. Transfer to a pot and cover with just enough hot water
to make a thick mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Simmer for an hour, or until desired consistency.
Serve over hot dogs for outrageous chili dogs!
