Red Lion Spicy Shrimp |

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 tbs. Red Lion Spicy Foods Company Original Dry Rub
4 tbs. Red Lion Spicy Foods Company 20 Pepper Hot Sauce
2 tbs. parsley
2 tbs. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbs. honey
2 lbs. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Combine all ingredients, except shrimp. Stir well.
Add shrimp, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (the longer the better).
Preheat oven to 450.
Bake 15 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Stir occasionally to ensure all shrimp is coated with the sauce.
Sauce is great over rice.
