Red Lion Spicy Wings |
3 dozen chicken wing pieces
6 tbsp. Red Lion Spicy Foods Original Dry Rub
1 bottle Red Lion Spicy Foods 20 Pepper Hot Sauce
1/4 stick butter
Rinse chicken wings in cold water and pat dry.
Place wings in a plastic bag and add dry rub. Shake the bag to coat the wings.
Grill the wings on a charcoal or gas grill,
using the indirect method (place the wings away from the heat source) until nearly done.
The wings may be a little charred, but don't panic, they'll be fine.
While the wings are grilling, combine the hot sauce and butter in a small pot or saucepan.
Heat on medium, just enough to melt the butter. Pour the sauce over the wings, and stir to coat.
Place the wings on a foil lined baking sheet, and place in a pre-heated 275 degree oven for 20 minutes.
